Phases of Development

Here is a breakdown of development stages or phases in order of priority:

1 – The pedestrian bridge over the Carbon River

2 – The staircase up the eastern slope

3 – the Bridge across SR162

4 – Improvements to the pathways of the system

We are grateful to those agencies and individuals whose time, effort, and financial contributions have helped us achieve our goals so far.

During the next few years, the Bridge for Kids group will be looking for sources of funding, donations of materials, services or other resources to complete the project. Surprisingly, our group has received many offers from around the world to lend a helping hand. We’ll be following up on those and entertaining others while the planning proceeds.
